CERAMICS

Please note that ceramic wares are handmade in my studio. Each piece will have its own distinctive characteristics. No two are the same. These are made by hand, not mass produced so the beautiful imperfections are meant to be embraced because they signify being made by an artist.

** All glazes used in firings are LEAD FREE.


CARE

Naturally ceramic clay bodies are durable. However, over periods of time with daily use, variations can occur on the surface. Ceramics are intended to record the history of their use over time.

All wares are dishwasher safe when time does not permit the luxury of handwashing. Wash wares with a mild soap. Some stains can occur with certain foods like beets, tomatoes, turmeric etc. Most can be scrubbed with a cloth + soap, baking soda and a magic eraser also do the trick.

 

WHOLESALE

At this time our production is only capable of supplying our own outlets. Please reach out to be on our waitlist when opportunities come available.

SPECIAL ORDERS OR REQUESTS

These requests are kept to a bare minimum, to be able to keep up with the demands of the launches.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. Please read full descriptions of each item you purchase. Details of photos, size, ounces, height, diameters and uses are described in detail.

If your purchase arrives damaged please email photos and a description within seven days of receipt to joni@wildsuncollective.shop.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days from time of purchase. All orders within the Continental US are shipped via USPS and packaged with great care!  Each package will be insured, so please let me know if your item arrives damaged. I will do everything in my power to rectify the situation. International shipping can take longer due customs and other postal challenges.
